As such we do not accept returns for items that "are not what I expected".
We do accept returns for products that be defective on our end (which is rare). Call for a return authorization before sending any package back.
Due to the custom Nature of both Our Furniture Business and our Haberdashery, we do not accept returns on products that have been made to your specifications. This be "Custom Work".
We do accept cancellations up to the time that your order goes into production. Once wood be cut, or a felt be stretched, the order be in production and cannot be canceled
With regards to Furniture: As shipping rates very greatly depending on freight carriers, distance for our port to yers, current fuel costs, and the size of the piece being shipped, we will contact ye after yer furniture be made and we have sourced out the best shipping option at that time. This way ye only be charged what be the current cost of shipping, not more, not less.
As for Hats and smaller items: Shipping charges calculated on the website be for Domestic (within the USA) Shipping only. Additional shipping charges do apply to International orders. Ye will be contacted via PayPal Invoice for the Shipping Balance Due.

Due to the large variety of styles, materials, colors, treatments, sizes and accessories, I do not stockpile or warehouse me hats. Ye be not getting a hat what be mass-produced in a factory overseas. I make all of me hats, me self, by hand, to the specifications picked by the customer.
